Every day, across the country, Transdev team members demonstrate unwavering dedication to empower the freedom to move. Whether driving, maintaining vehicles, supporting operations, or engaging with the community, they make a real difference in the lives of our passengers and each other.
To honor the individuals who truly embody our purpose, we created our national employee recognition program: Mobility Change Makers.
What is a Mobility Change Maker?
Mobility Change Makers are employees who represent the very best of Transdev. They are team members who live our purpose and values in everything they do whether they’re behind the wheel, in the maintenance shop, supporting operations, or engaging with the community.
These individuals are selected as national honorees from a pool of candidates nominated through our local Change Maker program.
Why We Celebrate Change Makers
Being recognized as a Mobility Change Maker means being a role model of dedication, service, and excellence. Honorees may be celebrated for a wide range of actions that reflect Transdev’s values, including:
- Empowering the freedom to move
- Delivering outstanding service and care
- Demonstrating a commitment to safety
- Supporting operations with excellence and teamwork
- Solving problems creatively and compassionately
- Strengthening community ties or performing heroic acts
It’s all about celebrating the people who make a difference every day, in every role and every location.
Change Makers Begin Locally
Where Recognition Begins
Every national Mobility Change Maker starts with a local story. Across Transdev, team members are recognized locally as Change Makers for the way they live our purpose by serving passengers, supporting each other, and strengthening communities.
The Change Maker program is a simple and meaningful way to spotlight the everyday excellence happening in our locations. Whether someone goes the extra mile for a passenger, solves a challenge with creativity and care, or shows up as a true team player, they can be honored as a Change Maker.
Every Change Maker is automatically considered for national Mobility Change Maker recognition.
