Transdev Promotes Erek Gonzales to Performance Management Team
Transdev is pleased to announce another strong, internal promotion, as its adds even more depth to its performance management team.
Erek Gonzales recently transitioned from General Manager of Transdev’s Lodi contract to Director of Operations Performance Management. Erek brings more than 10 years of experience in transit to this role – starting as an operator and working his way up to general manager. Erek joined Transdev in 2014, where he supported Transdev’s operations in San Jose, CA as a driver, general manager and regional operations performance director. Most recently, he was the General Manager overseeing Transdev’s Lodi contract in the northern portion of California’s central valley.
“Erek has a track record of being performance driven in everything he does. He has valuable expertise in performance improvement, project management, operational systems, employee/customer engagement, vendor management and data analysis – all valuable qualities he can apply to his new position,” added Thornton.
“Transdev’s performance management team is set up to further systemize and continually improve our company’s processes and procedures around start-ups, shutdowns, new technology implementation, training and data analysis in support of operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
