As Chief Executive Officer for Transdev U.S., Laura Hendricks is responsible for all Transdev activities and operations in the U.S. This includes contracts for bus, paratransit and rail in more than 200 cities and communities, encompassing a workforce of close to 16,000 employees.

Laura joined Transdev in 2019 as President of our Transdev Services division and she brings close to 30 years of operational and managerial expertise to her role as CEO. She is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, supply chain management, financial oversight, culture-building, change management and more. She is passionate about ensuring that we deliver consistent service quality, sustain client relationships grounded in trust, and help clients achieve their vision for mobility.

She has been President and/or CEO of several companies including Paint Drop, a division of Valspar (a global coatings manufacturer), as well as Coach America, a large motor coach operator, and Merry Maids, a division of Service Master. She also spent many years in executive leadership roles at Cintas and Fed Ex.

Her collaborative leadership style, along with her strategic, financial and operational strengths, make her a valuable asset to our organization.
