Transdev Locations Celebrate National Customer Service Week with “Meet the Managers” Events Across the Country

During National Customer Service Week (October 6-10, 2025), Transdev locations across the country hosted Meet the Managers events – an interactive initiative designed to bring local leaders directly to their passengers in stations, at community centers, and along key routes. The goal is to connect face-to-face with our passengers, listen to customer feedback, and better understand how operational decisions impact the passenger experience.

This year’s events were also part of Transdev’s broader Season of Service campaign – a companywide initiative that highlights the many ways Transdev teams give back to their communities and strengthen connections with the people they serve.

Through open conversations and active listening, these Meet the Manager events reinforced Transdev’s commitment to continuous improvement and delivering safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation. Teams across multiple regions hosted their own gatherings, collecting valuable feedback, sharing updates, and building even stronger relationships with their riders.

Our Meet the Manager programs are one of the best ways for our local leadership to hear directly from our passengers. It’s about showing our customers that we care about their experience and that their voices drive how we deliver better service.

“Many passengers expressed their appreciation for the level of service we provide, noting the cleanliness of our buses, the professionalism and friendliness of our drivers, and the sense of safety they feel when riding with us. Hearing these comments was both encouraging and reaffirming of the work we do each day.

A key takeaway for me from this event was the value of direct communication with our riders. Listening to their experiences reminded me how important our daily interactions are in building trust and maintaining a positive public image.”
