Transdev is proud to announce the renewal of its long-standing contract to provide Mountain Metro Mobility’s paratransit service with the City of Colorado Springs, bringing continued stability, innovation, and trusted paratransit service to the Colorado Springs metropolitan area. The renewed agreement, which went into effect in January 2025, builds on a successful partnership that has been in place since 2019.
As part of the new contract, Transdev will expand its services to include enhanced eligibility assessments and travel training, ensuring even greater accessibility and quality of service for riders. Mountain Metro Mobility operates during the same days, hours, and service areas as the Mountain Metro fixed-route bus system. Riders can expect the same level of convenience, travel times, and wait times as they would experience on the fixed-route system.

Many staff members have been with the company for an average of 10 years, reflecting a deep commitment to the community and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
”Our team takes pride in providing safe and reliable transportation for the City of Colorado Springs,” said Ron Bushman, Senior Vice President of the Rockies region at Transdev. “Whenever they have needed something, we’ve stepped up and found a way to meet those needs. One of the key highlights of the renewed contract is the introduction of advanced technology tools like Lytx DriveCam and Mobileye. These technologies will further enhance safety, fleet management, and overall customer experience. The service currently operates with a fleet of 48 vehicles, including cutaways and minivans, and provides 500 to 550 trips per day.
Beyond transportation, Transdev continues to play an active role in the Colorado Springs community. The company partners with organizations such as The Arc and Springs Rescue Mission to support work and school programs, create employment pathways, and prioritize hiring veterans.
With a proven track record of safety, strong on-time performance (OTP), and a focus on continuous improvement, Transdev’s renewed partnership with the City of Colorado Springs reaffirms its commitment to making public transportation more accessible and dependable for everyone in the community.
