At Transdev, Maintenance and Technicians Day is more than just a moment of recognition; it’s a chance to celebrate the individuals who keep our fleets moving and our communities connected. This year, we are proud to highlight Raycine Mortensen, a rising technician star from our Las Vegas Rent-A-Car operation.
Raycine Mortensen
Raycine joined Transdev nine months ago after completing a 14-month trade school program in heavy diesel. Since then, she has quickly made a name for herself by jumping into work at Transdev with confidence, curiosity, and grit. From tackling preventative maintenance to learning the ins and outs of electric buses, Raycine has shown a strong commitment to growth.
One of her standout achievements? Bringing a bus that had been inoperable for over a year back to service, personally troubleshooting and repairing it over two weeks. She’s also studying for her CDL while working full time, always eager to lend a hand and expand her skills.
