What is T.Ex?
T.Ex (Transdev Experience) is a rigorous program designed to assess and enhance the passenger experience. By deploying diverse operational teams and various passenger personas identified by using recent data, T.Ex identifies opportunities to improve the customer journey and translates them into actionable plans. The focus is on continuous improvement – finding what works, fixing what doesn’t, and ensuring that transit systems evolve to meet the needs of the communities they serve.
