Karen Keaton Joins Transdev Team as Vice President of Human Resources
Transdev is pleased to announce that Karen Keaton has joined the Transdev U.S. team as their new VP of Human Resources, based out of their corporate headquarters in Lombard, IL.
Karen leads the HR Partnership and Delivery function supporting Transdev’s various business lines. Karen, along her team will focus on the development and execution of strategies, processes, work plans and KPIs which positively impact business results. Additionally, she will manage the corporate HR team as they provide enhanced support in the development of policies, processes and services required by the business.
Karen brings 30 years of HR experience to Transdev with much of her career spent at FedEx in field-focused and high-touch HR roles.

Karen earned an MBA in Management through Dowling College in New York and is a Certified HR Professional with the Society for HR Management. She also has been recently certified as a Quality Driven Management (QDM) expert by the American Society for Quality.
