Transdev proudly promotes DeeDee Hanc to Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S.
Transdev North America recently announced the promotion of DeeDee Hanc to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Transdev North America. DeeDee’s most recent role with Transdev was as Vice President, Human Resources. DeeDee now participates as a member of Transdev’s North American Executive Committee and reports to CEO Yann Leriche. She is also a member of the Transdev Group “TopEx,” which includes the company’s top 90 executives globally.
DeeDee joined Transdev in 2007, and over her 12 years with the company she has held a series of leadership roles in human resources. DeeDee has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee performance, training and development, diversity and inclusion, coaching, succession planning and recruiting providing value to our employees, business and our clients. One of her many key successes comes from the management of our healthcare and retirement spend and her collaboration with our business development and operations teams to prepare projected costs for competitive bids and labor agreements.
DeeDee has a strong track-record of working closely as a key partner and collaborator with Transdev’s operations, business development and corporate support teams, to continuously work to build a culture where people can learn, develop and receive appropriate recognition.
