Mentor@Transdev

Part of our commitment to growing and developing our people

Our Mentor@Transdev program was developed by our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council, in partnership with our HR department. The original goal for the program’s first year was to create a meaningful and impactful women’s mentorship program for both our mentees and their mentors.

The objective moving forward is to continue to build and expand upon this program, giving all those involved the opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, create networks and leverage available resources.

Creating effective partnerships is essential. Our mentor/mentee teams represent a cross-section of our businesses and geographies. Our pairing process ensures that each mentee is paired with a mentor who has the expertise, personality and experience to support their mentee’s goals and aspirations. The partnerships can flourish from there.

Hear directly from our participants what our Mentor@Transdev program has meant to them in this video.
