Randall Lewis is a highly experienced, trusted and strategic leader who leverages his 20+ years as a global legal advisor to both public and privately held companies in his role as General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for Transdev U.S.

He has global experience working across many areas of expertise, including corporate governance and compliance, negotiating a wide range of business and commercial contracts, overseeing complex arbitration/litigation activity, M&A, directing risk management and much more.

Prior to joining Transdev, Randall served as general counsel for multinational companies across a variety of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, food and beverage and the escalator / elevator components industry. His international experience is particularly unique having previously lived and worked in China for 15 years.

Randall studied General Management at Harvard Business School (GMP), earned a Juris Doctorate at Roger Williams University and has a BA degree in Communications from California State University at Northridge. He is licensed to practice law in the United Kingdom (UK Solicitor) and the State of California.
