He has worked in the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors as a driver, dispatcher, fleet manager, supervisor, driver supervisor, consultant, manager, project manager, senior manager, director, and senior director. Andrew has spent close to 10 of those 30 years with Transdev.
Andrew joined Transdev in 2010 as their Manager of Software Implementation until 2013. He returned in 2017, first as Transdev’s Director of Software Implementation and most recently as Senior Director of Business Solutions. “As VP of Performance, some of Andrew’s key responsibilities will include the development of strategic performance improvement programs, processes, and tools for our transit business,” commented Susan Sweat, Transdev’s Chief Operating Officer for Transit. “Under his leadership, it will be important for his team to continue fully understanding our business improvement levers, to engrain positive change and improvements throughout specific contracts or the entire organization, and to develop new tools and reporting dashboards to enhance operational performance.”
“Andrew’s Transdev experience, along with his complementary work outside the outside the organization, whether at DART Trucking, Trapeze Software, DARTS and Metro Mobility, has set him up with the qualities and skill set we believe will make him successful in this key role on my team, during this pivotal time in our organization,” concluded Sweat.
