Driver Careers

We’re hiring drivers to operate buses on behalf of the San Diego MTS bus service. Our safe, friendly drivers help passengers get to their destinations throughout America’s Finest City.

As one of our drivers, you’ll operate regularly scheduled routes, providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Part-time: We’re willing to work with the time that you have available. You will need to do a few weeks of full-time training, but after that is complete, we’ll work with your schedule to get you part-time hours that accommodate your needs.

Full-time: We operate 7 days a week, 22 hours per day, but we have various schedules available. We offer evening shifts and day shifts, which are both union environments and seniority-based.
