Transdev’s WeRIDE Microtransit contract in Arizona was launched in November 2022 to address a transportation demand issue. As it celebrates its one-year anniversary, it’s clear the service has helped that important need.

Our Cincinnati streetcar team recently set a new record as it recently welcomed its one millionth passenger aboard the Connector. The service launched in 2016 and since its inception has provided the freedom to move to approximately 4.34 million passengers. The Connector travels 3.6 miles between The Banks, Over-The-Rhine, and the Central Business District.

Today is your last day to update your benefits for 2024. You have until 11:59pm Central. Remember: should you want payroll deductions for any FSA or HSA accounts (if eligible), you MUST go through the process and re-enroll.

Open Enrollment runs from November 13 – November 27, 2023. In addition to signing up for your benefits, open enrollment also is a great time for you to review and update the key information that you have entered in both the Transdev Benefits Portal and our ADP portal.

We are excited to announce the extension of our successful, 10+ year partnership with Nassau County and its Nassau Inter-County Express “NICE Bus”. Our responsibilities not only include the operations and maintenance of the contract, but also encompass FTA compliance, marketing, HR, finance, procurement, ADA eligibility certification, reservations, customer service, scheduling and dispatching.

Open Enrollment kicks off today! During Open Enrollment, between November 13 and November 27, 2023, is your only chance to update your benefits – don’t miss this chance. Unless you have a qualifying event during 2024, like a marriage, birth/adoption of a child or a divorce (as examples), the benefits you choose now will apply for all of next year.

Mary McLain, our General Manager for our San Francisco paratransit operation  has decided to retire after 27 years with Transdev and 38 years in the transit industry. Thank you, Mary, for your contributions to Transdev over the years. You have made a lasting impact on the company and so many of your colleagues. We wish you a happy, heathy, well-deserved retirement filled with many new adventures.

Transdev is continuing our work with Mountain Metro Transit (MMT) and the City of Colorado Springs as it recently agreed to extend our maintenance partnership. We provide the management, maintenance and repairs of Mountain Metro Transit’s fleet under MMT’s Transit Fleet Maintenance Program. Transdev is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of the transit fleet and the related equipment.
