We are proud to announce that our acquisition of First Transit is officially complete. As of today, Transdev and First Transit are part of the same company and will operate under the Transdev brand moving forward.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Skiver as an additional Chief Operating Officer of Transdev U.S. who will have operational and fiscal responsibility for the Vehicle Services, Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT), and Rail businesses, along with responsibility for the Maintenance, Safety and Security teams at Transdev. She will work closely with Susan Sweat, who remains COO of our Transit division.

We kicked off our newly added contract with the City of Colorado Springs February 1, 2023 and had a great start-up. The team just added Mountain Metropolitan Transit’s (MMT) Fixed Route and Deviated Fixed Route Services to our Colorado Springs set of contracts – all as a results of positive results and having a strong team in place locally.
With almost a month under our belts, our expanding partnership with TriMet continues strong. January 1 we added the management of TriMet’s (Portland, Oregon) Paratransit Eligibility Assessment & Travel Training Services to our portfolio.
In recognition of national mentoring month, we decided to celebrate some of our fantastic mentors who have participated in our Mentor@Transdev program. Today is your last day to update your benefits for 2023. You have until 11:59pm Central. It’s important to note – if you choose not to enroll, your benefits will default to your 2022 selection. However, should you want payroll deductions for any FSA or HSA accounts (if eligible), you MUST go through the process and re-enroll.
