Transdev Vet Pins On Their Way for Armed Forces Day (May 18)

Thank you to all our veterans who have signed up to receive their Transdev Veterans Pins. We created this program as a way for us to recognize and thank our military veterans for their service and for choosing Transdev as their second career.

You should be receiving your pins in the mail this week, in time for Armed Forces Day on May 18 and Memorial Day on May 27.

For those of you who are veterans and didn’t get the chance to sign up to receive your pin as yet, don’t worry. We mail them out twice a year – in May and again in November around Veterans Day.

To get in on the November mailing, simply fill out our form any time between now and October 25, 2024.

Reminder: The program is completely voluntary and is open to any Transdev employee who is either currently serving our country in the U.S. armed forces or who is a veteran. Pins can be proudly worn or displayed all year long at home or at work.

July 26, 2024 marks 34 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law by President George H.W. Bush. We are proud to support our passengers with disabilities and offer them the freedom to move through safe and reliable transit solutions.

Did You Know? July 25 is National Hire a Veteran Day

Transdev is proud that many veterans have chosen our company for their second career. Many of the skills veterans acquired while in the military transfer nicely to our business – whether it’s a direct skills transfer (i.e. maintenance etc.) or the softer skills around leadership, teamwork, good communication, and pride in the work done – they all have a place at Transdev.
