Transdev had two reasons to celebrate at the 2026 LIT Leadership Summit!
Adam Beltran, II, Assistant General Manager for our Houston METOLIFT Paratransit location, graduated from the LIT Leadership Academy, a program designed to help develop future transit leaders. Through the academy, Beltran collaborated with transportation professionals from across North America, gained new industry insights, and strengthened his leadership skills.
Reflecting on the experience, Beltran shared:
“The networking, the learning opportunities, and the chance to gain new perspectives made it an amazing experience.”
Transdev was also honored with the LIT Legacy Membership Award for our long-standing support of LIT and its commitment to leadership development, mentorship, and workforce growth across the transit industry.
