Celebrating International Women’s Day: #BreakTheBias

Safety Corner

March 8 is International Women’s Day. This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias.

On this International Women’s Day, we want to salute all the women of Transdev who each share an important role in providing the freedom to move to our passengers and contribute to the overall success of Transdev.

At Transdev, we made a conscious decision when launching our mentoring program to focus the first year of the program on the development of the incredibly talented pool of women we have at Transdev. Our Mentor@Transdev program helps us in our continuous efforts to break any barriers and #BreakTheBias in support of the development of our women of Transdev.

On this International Women’s Day, we thank the women of Transdev for their commitment and dedication to living our purpose through the care, share and dare they demonstrate every day.

As always, we strive to honor our commitment to sustainability as a way we show care for our passengers and for the communities we serve. It’s about our purpose of serving the common good. Whether at home or at our locations, we can all play a part in helping our environment.

To recognize and thank our military veterans for their service and for choosing Transdev as their second career, we launched our Transdev Veterans Pin program last November. If you would like to participate, simply fill out our form to get your pin. Pins are distributed twice a year (November and May).
