We are proud to announce the extension of our successful and longstanding 30-year partnership with Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA). We continue to provide operations and maintenance for NVTA’s Vine Transit System, which includes local fixed route, commuter, community shuttle and paratransit services. This encompasses oversight of NVTA’s 75 vehicles, including seven new electric vehicles in 2022, and 100 employees.

Transdev operates under the principles that everyone has the right to equal access on public transit—not just today, not just during Black History Month, but always.

Congratulations to Marie Sneed for being named Solano Transportation Authority’s (STA) Transit Employee of the Year for 2021. Marie is truly an example of living our purpose through Care, Share and Dare.

On January 1, we started operations for our new client - Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) – and their newly merged services, “The S”. We are now operating 100% of “The S” services. This includes the operations and management of 123 vehicles and 190 employees.

We are excited that our new partnership with the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) started over the holiday weekend. Transdev is now overseeing COTA’s Mainstream Paratransit and Mainstream On-Demand services.

Today is International Day of Persons with Disabilities. On this day, as well as the throughout the year, we are appreciative of the diversity of our passengers and our employees.

Congratulations to Elena Daempfle, our VP of Finance, on being named one of Mass Transit’s top 40 under 40 for 2021.
