Mass Transit Magazine recently featured an article by Susan Sweat, our Transit COO.

The article appears within their Industry Insights section and is titled: Industry Insights: Innovating to Address Rising Passenger Expectations.

In it, Susan discusses how by focusing on safety, innovation and communication, our industry can deliver on the higher passenger expectations that have come about as a result of the pandemic.
