Laura Hendricks to Speak at Climate Week NYC (September 21)

Safety Corner

The Transdev Group is a silver sponsor at this year’s event and our CEO Laura Hendricks is part of a panel discussion on Wednesday September 21. Keep reading for information on how to sign up to listen to her session (registration deadline is Fri. Sept. 9).

The decision to be a key sponsor was an important one based on the priority that sustainability has at Transdev, and the key role the transportation industry plays in the reduction of carbon emissions. We have made ambitious promises to reduce our carbon footprint because we care about safe, sustainable mobility solutions that serve the common good. Whether we are supporting our clients on their zero-emission journeys or encouraging society to move from personal cars to public transportation, it’s important that we communicate the critical place transit has in the sustainability conversation.

The agenda at Climate Week NYC offers the opportunity to attend presentations live or via live stream. One of the benefits of the Transdev Group’s sponsorship is free access to many of the live stream events. Since we all can’t be in New York City to listen to Laura’s discussion live, we can register for the live stream(registration deadline is Fri. Sept. 9).
