Doing what you can to keep yourself healthy is important for you, your family and your colleagues. Basics like not putting off scheduling your annual physical, staying current on your vaccines, not coming to work when you’re not feeling 100% and eating and sleeping well can all make a difference.

Our next “Seasonal Change” sub-topic focuses on “Managing your Fatigue” and what we can do to adjust to the recent time change. Being overtired can make you distracted and lead to accidents. Basic priorities like good/consistent sleep habits, staying on a regular schedule and getting outside when the sun is out can help manage your fatigue.

As the weather changes and the holidays are upon us, we chose “Seasonal Change” for our November/December campaign, as a reminder to take time out for yourself, prepare for change and to help keep you and those around you healthy and safe.
