Staying Aware #8: Think Ergonomics

Safety Corner

Our final “Staying Aware” topic for March/April focuses on ergonomics. A little seat adjustment, some gentle stretching and regular changing of positions can help avoid injuries while driving.

Ergonomics is important to ensure we can keep doing what we enjoy comfortably. Whether it’s trying some backward, forward and side bends before shift or adjusting your seat to ensure an upright posture with some lower back support – every little bit can make a difference in the long-run. Your body will thank you.

Stay tuned for more information about our May/June health & safety topic coming soon.
