The Season of Giving is Underway: Jefferson Transit Launches Food & Toy Drive

Our Transdev employees at Jefferson Transit in New Orleans just launched a two-month toy and food give-a-way that runs every weekend from now through December 20, 2020.

Transdev has partnered with Jefferson Parish and other vendors to help make this event a success.

Toys and food are being collected throughout Jefferson Parish at six different locations. Each Council District has three days each weekend (Friday – Saturday – Sunday) to collect as much as possible.

After each weekend, the food will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank and toys to (CASA) Court Appointed Special Advocates organization.

Thanks to Jefferson Transit GM, Orlandez Pierre for coordinating this terrific effort.
