Transdev secured an eight-year contract with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) to manage their Mobility Management Services, which includes ADA Paratransit, Microtransit, and Rider Assistance Programs.
Starting October 1, 2024, Transdev will introduce a new fleet of vehicles and advanced technology platforms to improve passenger experiences and reduce wait times. This partnership aims to enhance mobility services for more than 11,000 certified Paratransit riders and 886,000 Microtransit users, aligning with DART’s vision of creating seamless mobility experiences.
