“Adapting to Change”: Mask Mandate Extended

Safety Corner

As part of our Health&Safety theme for March and April – “Adapting to Change” – we wanted to address the recent mask mandate extension on public transportation.

Masks are still mandatory on public transportation. The federal mandate (CDC Order/TSA Security Directive) has been extended until April 18, 2022, meaning that all operators and passengers are still required to wear a face mask while onboard buses/public transportation.

It will be increasingly important for us all be patient and help each other understand where and how changing mask mandates apply. Remember: everyone adapts to change differently.
