Our Transdev team in DeKalb partnered with the City of DeKalb to make their annual holiday event called "Lights on Lincoln" another great success in 2022.
Our Stuff-a-Bus program translated so well to our streetcar business recently in Cincinnati. Our team there collected food to distribute to those in need and some of our “streetcar elves” were out in full force on the streetcar giving out treats and holiday goodies.
In its 35th year, CityLink’s Stuff-a-Bus efforts collect a record 24,942 pounds (12.47 tons) to help eliminate hunger in Peoria, Illinois. Thanks to our local team for partnering with our client to continue this longstanding tradition.
Our next “People Preparedness” sub-topic focuses on some de-escalation tips to help you feel safe on the job. Being aware and trying to apply some verbal and non-verbal techniques can help defuse potentially difficult situations.
Our next stop in our Stuff-a-Bus highlight tour is at SolTrans in Vallejo, California. Our team there, led by GM Alvaro "Jun" Sayong, recently worked in partnership with their client to deliver new toys to needy children through a local Vallejo Charitable organization called "Fighting Back Partnership".
Never compromise your health or safety – not for scheduling, service or maintenance. The health & safety of our employees, passengers and the communities we serve is our top priority. Safety First – ALWAYS!
Our Stuff-a-Bus efforts are continuing across our locations. Our next stop is in Fairfax. Enjoy the pictures from their annual event which benefits Groveton Elementary in Alexandria, Virginia. All toys are donated by Fairfax employees.
“Safe Following Distance” is our next “People Preparedness” sub-topic. There are only advantages to maintaining a safe following distance of 4 seconds or greater to the vehicle in front of you.
