HR Integration Update: ADP Transition

Safety Corner

ADP payroll is officially moving to Transdev as of September 7, 2023.

First Transit employees will need to re-register with a Transdev code to access your new Transdev ADP account. Continue to use your First Transit ADP username and password until September 6, 2023. Your First Transit ADP credentials will stop working as of September 7.

Tip: If you can, re-register on a computer or laptop. For cell phone app users, delete the current ADP app from your phone and then download it again to start fresh.

How to Re-register for your MyADP Transdev Account (as of September 2, 2023):

  1. Go to https://my.adp.com
  2. Click New User? CREATE ACCOUNT
  3. Select I HAVE A REGISTRATION CODE
  4. Transdev registration code is TRANSDEVNA-2014
  5. Verify your identity and fill out the appropriate validation information

Your Transdev ADP account allows you to do the following:

  • View your paycheck
  • View and manage your Paid Time Off
  • Access your W2
  • Access e-time to sign in and out of work (note: your badge to clock in and out should continue to work without disruption).
