Thoughts on DEI: Do You Have a Perspective or Story to Share?

Safety Corner

Transdev’s DEI commitment includes creating an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can communicate, work together and understand each other’s needs and perspectives. This perspective translates into how we live our purpose every day and through how we care for each other, how we share our knowledge and how we dare to think differently.

Throughout the second half of the year, we’d like to continue highlighting some of our employees who come from diverse backgrounds and/or who would like to share their thoughts on DEI or their DEI-related stories – similar to this story, which we featured during Arab-American month.

Whether we share these stories during Hispanic Heritage Month (September), Black History Month (February), International Women’s Day (March) or during any other time of the year – sharing our employees’ stories, perspectives and experiences can only help us understand and learn from each other, and ultimately create a stronger working environment.

If you are interested in sharing your DEI perspective, please feel free to reach out to Joelle Rockwood in the Marketing & Communications department.
