Transdev’s Approach to Passenger Experience Featured in Metro Magazine

During the American Public Transportation Association EXPO (APTA EXPO) last week in Orlando, we were excited that Metro Magazine published one of our recent articles which discusses Transdev’s approach to passenger experience.

The article highlights our commitment to listening, understanding, and continuously improving upon the passenger experience. In it we also discuss how each of our programs addresses a specific objective or need that reinforces our commitment to serving our passengers on behalf of our clients.
