January is known as national mentoring month.
In recognition of the month, we decided to celebrate some of our fantastic mentors who have participated in our Mentor@Transdev program. In addition to highlighting them on social media throughout the month, we also have recently featured them on our website.
Our mentor/mentee teams represent a cross-section of our businesses and geographies. Our pairing process ensures that each mentee is paired with a mentor who has the expertise, personality and experience to support their mentee’s goals and aspirations. The partnerships flourish from there.
