Introducing: Ask Me Anything Nuggets

Safety Corner

Transdev’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council recently launched an internal series called “Ask Me Anything”. During these interactive, virtual sessions, employees can hear from some senior leaders about their career growth, their diversity, equity and inclusion experiences, or just about anything else.

Most recently, in conjunction with International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, our DEI Council hosted a special “Ask Me Anything” which featured a cross section of some of the amazing women who are leading Transdev – who are making their own Transdev history.

During our moderated session, Katrina Heineking (COO, Transdev Alternative Services (TAS), Kesi Dorner (VP of Human Resources), Elena Daempfle (VP of Finance) and Cristina Russell (VP of Business Development) talked about their career paths, their challenges and opportunities, what a commitment to diversity and inclusion means to them and answered a plethora of questions. It was incredibly well received.

Here’s a quick nugget from that session that answers the question: “What advice would you give your younger self?”

Check out what our panelists had to say.
