Although it is rare, men also can get breast cancer. Cells in nearly any part of the body can become cancerous and can spread to other areas. Similar to women, male breast cancer forms in the man’s breast tissues.

Today is National Mammography Day! Regular mammograms are the best tests doctors have to find breast cancer early. Mammograms for women after the age of 40 are generally covered by most insurances – ours included.
