MLK day is observed each year on the third Monday in January, in honor of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s life and legacy. It is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service to encourage all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities or reflect on civil rights and racial equity issues.

Thank you to our operations who organized Stuff-a-Bus or other community outreach events over the holidays. Community outreach and showing we care about the communities in which we operate is just part of how we do business – over the holidays and throughout the year. January is Human Trafficking Awareness Month and January 11th is designated as National Human Trafficking Awareness Day.
