This year, we proudly celebrated Employee Appreciation Day (March 7, 2025) and Transit Operator Appreciation Day (March 18, 2025) with a variety of acts of kindness and encouragement designed to recognize and thank our dedicated workforce.
Employee Appreciation Day: Honoring Our Team’s Dedication
On Employee Appreciation Day, Transdev locations hosted appreciation events to show gratitude to team members. Acts of appreciation included special luncheon gatherings, personalized thank you notes from Managers, and fun-filled activities to brighten employees’ days. Many locations hosted giveaways and moments of recognition with presented certificates of appreciation, highlighting the outstanding contributions of team members.
Transit Operator Appreciation Day: Recognizing Those Who Keep Us Moving Forward
In partnership with APTA, Transit Operator Appreciation Day provided an opportunity to specifically honor our frontline operators who ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and on time. Across locations, operators were treated to complimentary meals, appreciation gifts, and messages of gratitude from colleagues and the communities they serve.
