ADA Celebrates 34 Years

July 26, 2024 marks 34 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law by President George H.W. Bush in 1990.

The ADA gives civil rights protections to individuals with disabilities similar to those provided to individuals on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, age, and religion. It guarantees equal opportunity for individuals with disabilities in public accommodations, employment, transportation, state and local government services, and telecommunications. Today, 1 in 4 Americans with disabilities can participate in their communities and workplaces thanks to the ADA. (Source: adata.org)

Did You Know? July 25 is National Hire a Veteran Day

Transdev is proud that many veterans have chosen our company for their second career.
