Staying Aware #3: Drug & Alcohol Prevention

Avoid the use of drugs and alcohol when driving.

The effects and changes they can have on your body – like change in vision, depth perception and reaction time – can have detrimental results and make it hard to stay aware of your surroundings. Don’t drink or take drugs and drive!

Next week’s “Staying Aware” sub-theme will remind us of the importance of not being distracted.
