Our last “Winter Preparedness” sub-topic focuses on the importance of safely securing passengers and their mobility devices.
Keeping our passengers safe is our top priority. During wintery conditions, it’s even more important to keep this top-of-mind. Ensuring the surrounding are clear of obstruction when deploying ramps, always using a four-point tie-down and powering down the mobility device once the passenger is secured are just some tips to consider when transporting our paratransit riders.
