“Winter Preparedness” #2: Winter Driving Kit

Safety Corner

How to equip your Winter Driving Kit is our next Winter Preparedness” sub-topic.

Always be prepared for the unexpected in the winter and that includes keeping a winter care survival kit in your car … just in case. It’s always a good idea to have a charger, extra hats, gloves & blankets, a reflective vest, shovel, ice scraper, flashlight and first aid kit on hand … hopefully you will never need to use these.

Next week’s Winter Preparedness” sub-theme will remind us about the importance of watching your speed, especially in wintery conditions.

Health & Safety continues to be the top priority for our employees, passengers and the communities in which we operate.  We hope these campaigns will help reinforce our H&S commitment with all employees.
