“Change Blindness Awareness” is our next “Seasonal Change” sub-topic.
According to Wikipedia, “Change blindness is defined as a perceptual phenomenon that happens when a change in the driving environment occurs and the driver does not notice the change.”
This situation can cause drivers to miss vital information within their surroundings and consequently be aware of fewer risks, even if looking right at them. Don’t let the effects of potential change blindness affect you as you are driving.
Next week’s final Seasonal Change sub-theme will be highlighting how stress can create change in people and what to do.
