Adapting to Change #1: Time Change – Springing Forward

Safety Corner

Our first Adapting to Change sub-topic highlights things to remember now that we’ve moved our clocks ahead one hour.

The spring time change is always welcomed for the longer days and the opportunity to be outside more in nicer weather. With more people out, it’s important to be extra vigilant while driving. Be careful out on the roads and be aware of increased traffic and more pedestrians enjoying the longer days.

Also, be aware of the effects the time change can have on your body. You may find you are extra tired. Try to keep to your set schedule, eating well and exercising will help, and maybe go to sleep a little earlier to prepare your body for the change.

Health & Safety continues to be the top priority for our employees, passengers and the communities in which we operate. We hope these campaigns will help reinforce our H&S commitment with all employees.

To recognize and thank our military veterans for their service and for choosing Transdev as their second career, we launched our Transdev Veterans Pin program last November. If you would like to participate, simply fill out our form to get your pin. Pins are distributed twice a year (November and May).
