“Adapting to Change”: Think Ergonomics

Safety Corner

One of our “Adapting to Change” health & safety related topics focuses on ergonomics. A little seat adjustment, some gentle stretching and regular changing of positions can help avoid injuries while driving.

Ergonomics is important to ensure we can keep doing what we enjoy comfortably. Whether it’s trying some backward, forward and side bends before shift or adjusting your seat to ensure an upright posture with some lower back support – every little bit can make a difference in the long-run.

Health & Safety continues to be the top priority for our employees, passengers and the communities in which we operate. We hope these campaigns help reinforce our H&S commitment with all employees.
