While delegating is part of a manager’s job, Kenny is always involved and engaged with his team every day – whether in in the maintenance shop or bus yard. Even when addressing an issue, Kenny is positive and makes it a learning opportunity for his team. Kenny understands the tremendous responsibility associated with our commitment to safety. He is hands-on, shares his experience and leads by example. He never asks someone to do something he wouldn’t do himself.

Having a smaller shop, the safety of his team is always at the forefront. As a company we celebrate every day without an accident or injury. Kenny and his team recently celebrated more than 6000 Perfect Safety Days without any lost time due to accidents or injuries. That’s more than 16 years – a Transdev record!
