Katrina Bolden, a Paratransit Operator at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) location in Las Vegas, shares how she lives her Purpose at Transdev. She believes in serving the common good by giving every passenger excellent customer service, something she takes great professional pride in.
Her dedication to her passengers has earned her recognition, including the Crystal Bus Award for outstanding customer service. Katrina cares so deeply about the people she serves that she even donated her own Thanksgiving food voucher to a passenger in need.
Katrina says her values come from her upbringing. She was raised to help others, and she finds joy in doing so. Her advice to fellow operators is simple: be patient, stay aware, and always be willing to help. You never know when you might need help, too.
