LIT announced a list of industry professionals accepted into the 2026 LIT Leadership Academy, the largest group the program has ever welcomed. The LIT Leadership Academy is known as one of the top professional development programs in public transportation. Created by transit professionals, it combines challenging learning experiences with strong relationship‑building. Participants follow a structured program that mixes real‑world practice, leadership theory, and collaboration with peers.
The 2026 Academy includes three leadership tracks; each designed for a different stage of a person’s career:
- The Making of an Executive
- Leading in Middle Management
- New Careers in Transit
As this new class begins its journey, their work will make an impact not only within their own agencies and communities but across the entire public transportation field. We are proud to recognize the Transdev team members selected for the 2026 class in the Leading in Middle Management track:
