It’s been one year since wildfires swept through Los Angeles, including the devastating Eaton Fire near Altadena and Pasadena. During that crisis, the Transdev Pasadena Transit team showed incredible courage and commitment to their community.
Letty Ochoa, General Manager of Transdev Pasadena Transit, was recently featured on the “Heroes Behind Headlines” podcast, where she shares how she and Assistant General Manager Erasmo Rodriguez led their team to successfully lead their team of operators to safety through high winds, low visibility, and uncertainty.
Rescuing close to 500 residents living in senior care homes, the Pasadena Transit Team has not only shown the Transdev spirit of Care, Share, Dare, and Deliver, but has also shown what it means to overcome the unexpected challenges life can bring. To date, the Eaton Fire has been deemed the second most destructive wildfire in California history.
