Safety Tip: Don’t Move Until You Can See

Safety Corner

When it’s cold outside, fog and condensation can cover your windows and mirrors. If you start driving before clearing them, you may not see people, cars, or signs. Even a few seconds of poor visibility can cause an accident.

Before operating your vehicle, be sure to:

  • Wipe all windows and mirrors until they are clear.
  • Double-check blind spots using your mirrors.
  • Take your time and don’t rush.

Good visibility keeps you, your passengers, and your community safe. Remember: Don’t move until you can see. Safety First!
