Living our Purpose through the spirit of Care, Share, Dare, and Deliver shows the value Transdev brings to the communities we serve. Mike Honer, Regional Director of Houston METROLift Paratransit in Houston, Texas, shares his passion for serving his team and the transportation industry.
“Through all my years of transportation, I’ve learned that it’s very important to be available to all of our employees,” said Mike.
He credits his Transdev training as the reason why he and his team can Deliver on their promises to those they serve every day.

Mike shares the way he and his team serve the common good by empowering the freedom to move by taking passengers where they want to go to see the people and places they care about most.
“That’s really what this job is about; it’s offering independence to the community,” said Mike. “Many of our passengers wouldn’t be able to get to their appointments, to their recreation, to the grocery store without the service that we’re providing.”
He praises his operators for the way they hold the spirit of caring for others and keep safety and customers first.
“Our operators care about our passengers. All of our drivers are trained to be customer service ambassadors. Our job is to serve the public and to empower people to move every day,” said Mike.
