As a Transdev employee, it is important that you stay engaged with keeping Safety First. Some ways to remain engaged in safety is by asking your manager questions. Asking questions increases your knowledge about your job, improves your performance, and increases positive safety habits.
During your team’s safety meetings, speak up and ask questions. There is no such thing as a wrong question. You can also speak with your manager directly outside of team meetings to stay up to date with your job expectations and safety responsibilities.
Practicing positive safety habits is another way to stay engaged with safety. When you practice the right behaviors learned in training, you protect yourself and your passengers. Practicing positive safety habits helps you and others get home safely every day and increases your chances of having a Perfect Safety Day.
