June is National Safety Month and Transdev is committed to keeping Safety First in all that we do. One of the ways we keep Safety First is by practicing continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement means making small changes to make something better. This means each of us must be focused on making these changes to deliver on our promises to our clients, passengers, people, and communities.
Ways to Improve
We are always trying to get better at everything we do as a company. Here are some ways you can incorporate continuous improvement in your work habits:
- Attend safety meetings to talk about what is working and what needs help to improve.
- Share safety tips and share helpful information so everyone can learn together
- Fix problems fast before they become accidents
- Stay focused on your task when at work
- Always be aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents
Speak Up for Safety
If you have a question or need a better understanding of safety at Transdev, reach out to your manager for help. If you see something, say something. Do not be afraid to speak up for safety.
Remember to keep Safety First and always strive to improve every day.
